There was not a dry eye on the rooftop of the oh-so-chic and adorable XV Beacon Hotel in Boston as Jeremy and Nikki exchanged their wedding vows. With matching Cartier trinity rings in hand, they promised their love to each other in the presence of 14 friends and family members. Everyone in attendance understood what this day meant to them. There was a sense of accomplishment in the air, and the unspoken words of “we did it!” hung over the breathtakingly gorgeous Boston skyline that seemed to go on for miles. They had found a home for their hearts, and this was a day worth celebrating.

Jeremy and Nikki started off their wedding day by getting ready that the absolutely gorgeous XV Beacon Hotel. We then proceeded to the rooftop where we were able to overlook the Boston skyline as the sun shone brightly and the sky was the prettiest shade of blue I have ever seen. After their vows were exchanged, Jeremy and Nikki went back down to their room to mingle with their friends and family over wine and cheese. From there we headed over to the Faculty Club on Harvard Campus to enjoy a delightful wedding celebration meal.

Their wedding day was one of simplicity. It was not extravagant, and it was not over-the-top. But it was them. It was chic and classy. It was fabulous and fashionable. But most of all, it was about a celebration of their love for each other.

Nikki’s oh-so-fabulous friend from Bulgaria helped them with their ties and other details of getting ready. Her full-time job is to make people look perfect. No, really. She stands on the sidelines during photo shoots and TV tapings of important people in Bulgaria and makes sure that every detail of them is perfect. How fun of a job is that? Almost as fun as mine. 😉
