Sabrina reached out to me last winter about scheduling an anniversary session for this year, and I was so excited because I love photographing them. I shot their engagement session and wedding, so when she emailed me again to tell me she was expecting a baby and that “the bump” would be part of their anniversary session, knew we had to make it extra special. We decided to head back to where it all began – The Barns at Wesleyan Hills. They got married in the Fall, so doing their session in the summer meant that the grounds were every bit as beautiful, but far more green and lush! We made our way among the weepy willow trees and down across the wooden bridge as I photographed them spending some time together before their little one comes this Fall. I am super excited for them because, just like Adam and I, they have no idea if they are having a boy or a girl. It’s the only true surprise in life, so I am so excited that they chose to wait in suspense!
