When Melissa first contacted me, it was on pretty short noice for her wedding. They booked us exactly 6 weeks prior, which rarely ha[pens, especially during busy season. But somehow, she handled every detail of planning as though she had been planning her wedding for 6 years. And maybe she was, afterall, she and Zach are high school sweethearts and have been together for 11 years! And that whole thing about a 7 year itch and how love can get stale? Well, Melissa and Zach are certainly no help to that theory because when they are together, they are like two teenagers in love, and it’s SO SWEET to see. During their engagement session they wer eliterally the most adorable couple I’ve ever seen – the way he pulled her into his chest and wrapped her in a bear hug. The way he jokingly makes her work hard to reach up to him for a kiss. The way he leans down and perfectly kisses the top of her head. And Melissa? She is clearly smitten over her dream guy. She adores him, and it’s so evident int he way she looks at him and how she talks about him. It’s clear that she has the utmost respect for him, and that he’s her true prince charming.

Melissa and Zach’s wedding day was such a sweet one. A celebration os many years together, surrounded by their closest fiends and family, and set against the most fiery and stunning Autumn in New England backdrop. The Tower Ridge Country club was set on the bottom of a ridge, with a clear view of the Heublein Tower in the backdrop, which was perfect for their wedding day since that’s where they got engaged.
