11 years. That’s how long these two have been together. And if there was ever a couple that stood the test of both time and distance, it is Amanda and Ryan. Late night phone calls and a lot of frequent flyer miles later, they have finally decided to make this thing official this October and I am so, so honored to be there with them for it!
I got together with Amanda and Ryan last week at Eolia Mansion in Harkness State Memorial Park to do their engagement session on a day where thunderstorms threatened to ruin it all. But instead of storms, we had a nice cool breeze and a gorgeous sunset! And what better a location than Eolia Mansion for some stunning engagement photos??
I told Amanda that when I blogged their images, she would be matching my blog perfectly with her grey shirt and mustard belt ๐ The pergola at Eolia Mansion always has the BEST light for photosEolia Mansion at Harkness Memorial park is always beautiful, but especially beautiful during golden hour when the warmth of the sun is shining down on it. Love those genuine smiles!Amanda told me at the beginning of their shoot that they were both nervous, but I’d say they look like season pros! These next few shots may be some of my all-time favorites ๐ The gardens at Eolia Mansion are always perfectly manicured, which makes for a stunning backdrop for engagement and wedding photos. One of the things I really love about shooting engagement sessions at Eolia Mansion is the stunning architecture. Whether it’s the mansion itself, the garden statues, or the pergola…there is so much beautiful at this mansion!
