Country Loft Antiques wedding
I came back from Ecuador, turned my phone on, and saw I had a few voicemails. One of them went something like this “Hi Alicia my name is Lynn and this is Willy {insert voice from background: “Hey Alicia!!} and we want to talk to you about our wedding that is coming up in a few weeks. We have been together for 11 years and are every bit in love now as we were then and we decided to finally get married…and we just can’t stop looking at every corner of your website! Please call us back ASAP!!”. And just like that, my heart was theirs (sorry, Adam!). I love, love, love getting voicemails like that where it is so obvious that a couple is happy and in love. And after 11 years of keeping it up….and watching it grow it even more…I kinda think they need to start giving “love” classes to other couples.
Meet Lynn and Willy 🙂
Star Style Beauty was on hand to make Lynn even more gorgeous than she already is for her wedding at the Country Loft Antiques.Lynn’s “something borrowed” was this lovely bracelet that belonged to the late mother of the venues owner, Carole Winer. One thing I ABSOLUTELY love about Carole is that she makes it her utmost priority to get to know every bride who books their wedding at the Country Loft Antiques. Clearly, she loves them if she is willing to let them borrow a very precious family heirloom. 🙂Lynn, my dear, you are a stunner! As Lynn was getting ready at their home, Willy was down the street getting ready at the Longwood Inn in Woodbury. One of the things I loved most about shooting Lynn and Willy’s wedding at the Country Loft Antiques is that they had all these cool nooks and crannies with antique items. I could have spent all day just looking around at all the gorgeous stuff! As if the cool nooks and crannies weren’t enough, the property of the Country Loft Antiques was absolutely breathtaking and made for a perfect wedding backdrop.Lynn and Willy’s wedding ceremony was right outside the Country Loft Antiques on the pond. It was super pretty!I think Lynn’s nephew, Casey, wins the cutest Ring Bearer of the year award. One anxious and excited groom waiting at the altar as his lovely bride comes walking down the hill…What bride wouldn’t want to walk an aisle like this?If you ask me, I’d say that is one really excited bride right there! The sunlight just poured down upon Lynn and Willy as they promised forever to each other.Such a sweet momentTell me this isn’t one of the most beautiful places in all of CT to get married??!?!Thomas Gould of Brass City Bistro in Woodbury did a fantastic job, together with his team, of catering Lynn and Will’s entire event. The food was incredible!Another thing Carole, the owner of Country Loft Antiques, did for Lynn and Will was surprise them with bringing in this special Bentley for them as a surprise. You two…oh your two….I just adore you both.Later in the evening, Lynn and Willy lit the fire pit in the background of this image and had a huge bonfire with all of their family an friends.Love having my main man along with me to grab killer second shots. Lynn and Willy’s wedding cake was a stunning number by authentic French Bakers at Ovens of France. Michael Nappi stunned the crowd with his flawless acoustic crooning as they danced the night away.
