As Jennifer stepped into her delicate gown made of lace and chiffon and her mother looped the buttons, one by one, a stream of golden light flooded in.  It poured through the large wall of windows and engulfed every inch of the room where the magic was happening.  The bride’s hair reflected yellow tones as she floated gracefully about, getting ready for her dramatic and anxiously awaited debut.  Her skin, like precisely painted porcelain, glistened as she shifted her attention to her bridesmaids. It was almost time.

As her doting groom stood at the end of the aisle patiently awaiting her arrival, the sun shone on.  A photographer’s dream, it highlighted soft beauty in all the right places. Nothing was immune to its touch as it beamed down on an act of great love. Friends and family alike could feel its comforting warmth and see its dazzling affect as they watched Jennifer make her way to Xavier, who was waiting for her under a lush gazebo.

The sun provided the dreamiest of light throughout both ceremony and cocktail hour. And when it was time for it to retire, it did so in sublime fashion.  As it set, and prepared to say goodnight, it left a sky of cotton-candy colors. Pinks, purples, oranges and yellows all working together to create the most treasured of skies. The sun’s warmth and light was constant throughout their wedding day, never leaving their side. A bright reminder that the commitment Jennifer and Xavier shared with one another was strong enough to illuminate anything it touched.

Jennifer and Xavier got married on the most beautiful late-summer day at the absolutely stunning Lord Thompson Manor in Thompson, CT. We LOVE work at LTM for so many reason, not the least of which is that their grounds are breathtaking. They go above and beyond for every one of their clients, and treat them like family. Ever client of ours who has ever gotten married their has raved about their experience….and it’s one we, too, can attest to as photographers.

BEAUTIFUL! Is there any way to find out where the bride purchased her earrings?
