They connected through sport – her an avid soccer player and workout fanatic, and he a baseball fanatic – but in the early days of getting to know each other, they realized they had much more to share with each other than a love of sports. As 2000 miles of distance came between them, they still thought about and grew more and more in love with each other every day. I Don’t know who felt it first, but at some point both Angie and Hector knew that this was it. They had found the one they were meant to be with for the rest of their lives.

One day, while on a family trip to Nashville, Hector decided to wear a fanny pack while they went out to explore – which they often laugh about – but little did Angie know that in that fanny pack was the token of his love that he would propose with. IN front of a quintessential Fall photo backdrop, he dropped to one knee and asked for her hand in marriage.

Angie and Hector are the kind of couple that just exude family values, genuine love, and a deep appreciation for one anothers strengths. I am so honored to be a very small part of their love story and I can’t wait for their wedding next year. This engagement session at Lighthouse Point Park in New Haven was so much fun, and the weather could not have been more beautiful!
