It’s been quite a few years now since Maria and Chris got married at the Wadsworth mansion, and it’s been such a joy to photograph them regularly since. They have made the trip up to Connecticut from New Jersey numerous times now for anniversary sessions but this session, in particular, was unusually special. Maria and Chris are expecting their first baby soon and wanted some portraits for their christmas cards. You can imagine our delight when an unexpected storm dumped 5 inches of snow on the ground 2 days prior to our session! Their Christmas card photos and maternity session for their winter baby now have the absolute perfect backdrop!!!
Maria and Chris are always such a delight to photograph. Their love for each other is so evident, and I just love watching their relationship and love grow each year. Chris is so great at praising Maria and treating her like a true gentleman would, and it is crazy obvious that Maria is smitten by him and is his biggest fan. I can’t wait to continue capturing them when their little one arrives!
