This past weekend was a doozy, for sure. With two weddings on two different continents, a 14 hour day of travel in between, and….oh….it was Easter weekend. Not gonna lie – when I booked these two weddings I hoped and prayed I would be able to give both clients my undivided and full attention and be on top of my game. I knew that I would be shooting both weddings with jet lag, which long ago made it known that it was not my friend. But last night as I laid on the couch with Adam and watched the first half of “The Kings Speech” (we were too tired to finish it) I gave myself a proverbial pat on the back and was very happy with how this weekend went down. Having stellar clients who I adore made it so much easier and fun!

Rebekka and Mikkel’s wedding was of epic proportions. Set at a castle in a small town of Denmark, it was by far one of the most incredible and unique weddings I have ever shot. When I was told that it would be a “Disney fairy tale” theme, I kinda rolled my eyes and thought of how cheesy it could potentially be. I should have known, though, that with Dawn Events putting it on, it would be nothing short of incredible. And that it was. I absolutely can’t wait to show you this wedding. It may or may not take 4-5 blog posts.

Camille and Will’s wedding in Westchester was so much fun and was filled with so much love. Their wedding ceremony was so unique and God’s presence was undeniably in there. It was beautiful! Camille was absolutely breathtaking and Will was quite dapper himself. There was a 100% chance of rain all day and while it poured cats and dogs all morning, the clouds shut up for just enough time to do their portraits. This photographer breathed a sigh of relief and a prayer of thanks. Their reception was super fun with lots of dancing a great party.

Ladies and gents, enjoy this little sneak peek!
