A couple weeks ago I got together with Jes and Mike for their get-to-know-you engagement session at the lovely Elizabeth Park in West Hartford where all the flowers were in bloom and the smell of roses filled the air. Jes and Mike were super fun to hang out with and between our session at Elizabeth Park and Dinner at Max Burger, I’d say that we had a great time. They will be getting married next week and so I wanted to blog their engagement session ASAP, in order for you to meet them!

I loved Jes’ maxi dress! 
Jes got her hair and makeup done by the ever fabulous Naomi Martinez, who is one of my absolute favorite beauty artists in Hartford.
Both Jes and Mike were total naturals in front of the camera. I barely had to coach them at all. 
One of the things I love about doing an engagement session at Elizabeth park is that there are so many nooks and crannies to shoot in, and all are equally as beautiful.
