On a drizzly fall day, Mara and Bryan dedicated their lives to each other. They didn’t let the rain dampen their spirits but instead embraced the change of plans with joy and laughter. Every detail was thought out and prepared for this special day, from the location of where Mara would get ready, to the cupcake truck that reflected Mara’s love for baking (and Bryan’s love for taste testing!). Family is extremely important to Mara and Bryan and they chose to add little things in there wedding day that honored their family members. Mara chose her wedding colors based on the blue and purple hydrangeas her mother grew when she was a child. Her bouquet had a picture of her grandmother while her necklace was made from her grandmother’s engagement ring and the church that they were married at was the church she had been going to since she was a small child. Faith is a big part of their lives so it was important to her to have her wedding ceremony there as they dedicated their lives to each other forever. Their marriage signified not only their love for family, traditions and faith but also their commitment to each other. In the words of Mara “To me and Bryan marriage is forever, so October 8th will be the day that I give Bryan my whole heart for my whole life”.
