She was the calmest bride you’ve ever met – perfectly ok with however her wedding day went, because she knew that no matter what happened with the weather or other variables, she had the things that mattered most all in place. Her fiancé, the love of her life and her best friend, was prepping in a room at the Saybrook Point Inn while she carefully and calmly put on her earrings and had her veil secured into place while in the lighthouse. In just a few minutes, surrounded by her best (and seriously amazing!) friends and family members, John and Laura would meet each other to have a few minutes alone before their wedding ceremony. When they saw each other, they both had huge smiles and a little mist on their eyes, and then repeated the same thing as Laura made her way down the aisle toward John. Their day was filled with so much love, and by the most amazing set of friends and family members you could ever ask for. As they danced the night away, lost in each others eyes and arms, it was as though everything around them was a blur because they were so clearly soaking up every moment of their day together.
Laura and John, it was such a pleasure to be with you guys on your wedding day! I can’t wait to continue documenting your love as the years go by.
