It was a day to remember, of that there is no doubt. With unforeseen circumstances and challenges that could not have been planned for or predicted, Jen finally made her way down the sunny aisle an hour and a half later than she was originally supposed to. Stress levels were high all morning but as she put one foot in front of the other, tears streamed down Tommy’s face and Jen’s face lit up with a huge smile. For both, the stress of the morning melted away as this long awaited day had finally come and they were able to promise forever to each other surrounded by their closest friends and family. After their ceremony they made their way over to the Essex Steam Train where the entire wedding party and guests enjoyed a steam train ride up to the stunning Lace Factory where cocktails and hors d’oeuvres waited, together with the meticulously planned and fabulously styled reception area. Jen has spent MONTHS dreaming up and crafting her wedding day and she did an incredible job (with the help of her mom and bridesmaids!) pulling it all together. What started off as a stressful morning turned into an epic wedding of fun, love, and all the laughter in the world. And, at the end of the day, I think that’s a good depiction of what marriage is like anyway. There will always be unpredicted events or stressful and challenging times, but as long as you can keep a good attitude about it, life is an exciting and fun ride that is meant to be shared together with the one and ones you love.
