She made her way down the stairs toward her Dad, and the tears started flowing. For both of them. This moment was one he spent her whole life knowing would eventually come, but it was a moment he never could have fully prepared himself for. He pulled her in closed as he wiped his tears away, wrapped his arms around her, and managed to get out little more than “You remind me of your Mother on our wedding day. You’re just so beautiful”.
She made her way down the long aisle of grass toward the love of her life, and the tears started flowing. For both of them. This moment was one he spent his entire life knowing would eventually come, but it was one he never could have fully prepared himself for. Amanda radiated. From the top of her head to the tip of her (Jimmy Choo- clad) toes, she was nothing short of breathtaking. He held his breath and choked back the tears. It was evident to all that, in this moment, Mark was speechless.
Their wedding day was straight out of a storybook – that perfect 68 and sunny September day that every bride dreams of. A cool breeze blowing in off the water, champagne poured in the sunshine, and friends and family gathered around with the biggest smiles on their faces. Truly, it could not have been a more perfect day. From the moment I first met Amanda and Mark, I knew that their wedding was going to be epic. Effortlessly planned and fabulously coordinated by Hannah of Eloquence Events, and carried out by the amazing staff at Belle Haven Club, their wedding is one for the books. The only regret for everyone involved was that their absolutely perfect day flew by far too quickly.
Amanda and Mark, I can’t thank you enough for choosing us to document your wedding day. Not only was it a tremendous honor and privilege, but it was an absolute blast!! Here’s to many more shoots as you continue to choose to love each other year after year, and as you eventually start a family together 🙂
