How I got here...

I'm Alicia, a fine art wedding photographer who specializes in New York & international destination weddings. I've spent over two decades of my life globetrotting to over 37 countries while developing an effortless style for capturing exquisite and chic affairs. Over the last 15+ years in the luxury wedding industry, I've intentionally crafted each step in my client experience workflow to serve my clients and to save me a lot of repetition. Once each step was perfect at achieving the results I wanted, I would automate it so that no matter how many clients I booked, a step was never forgotten and I didn't have to be in my inbox 24/7. This Client Experience Collection is my personal process that I've honed and developed for over a decade as a luxury wedding photographer.

Can I customize the fonts, colors, layout, etc.?

I don't have that many images in my portfolio - will this still work?
I think so! The designs are not very image-heavy and you can always change the design easily by deleting images if you don't have enough, without it looking weird or blank. You can always use stock images as background fillers as well and keep your portfolio images as the front and center options.
I don't have that many images in my portfolio - will this still work?
Yes! Everything is editable in Canva (or Showit), so feel free to use your own fonts and brand colors, and change anything else you like.
Can I customize the fonts, colors, layout, etc.?
This is the best part - yes!! I wrote this copy from my own 15+ experience as a luxury wedding photographer based on what got me the best results and created an elevated experience. You get all my tips and tricks ;)
Can I keep the written copy?
After you complete the checkout process, you will receive access to the materials in an email. In that email will be links to each item in the collection for you to copy into your Showit design library or Canva library.
How do I get access to the materials?
At this time, no. My goal with this collection was to create a comprehensive product that covered everything in the client experience workflow from start to finish instead of spending more money to piece together different resources. Currently, you can only purchase the bundle of all items.
Can I buy just one of the items in the collection?
Does it actually work?
I've been using this system with my couples for over 15 years as a luxury, international wedding photographer. All of the images that you see from me are a result of using this posing system. I've trained associates in my strategy as well and they get amazing results - so yes, I think it will *actually* work for you!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! You can choose to either pay in full or do a 3-part payment plan. If you choose the payment plan you will pay the first part as a deposit to reserve your spot in the program and will be billed the remaining payments 2 weeks and 4 weeks after your respective sign up date.
