They were just kids when they fell in love. The kind of love that stops you dead in your tracks and makes everything else in life seem small. They had their whole lives ahead of them, and their whole worlds beside them.
Young love is perhaps one of the purest things to witness unfold. To love someone with abandon and to pursue someone with such vigor and without restraint; to love with no limits & no fears. Not everyone is lucky enough to experience young love, but to marry your high school sweetheart? They had hit the jackpot.
There they stood. All these years later. High school ended. Friends moved away. People changed. But their love remained. The love they began to cultivate years earlier had been meticulously nurtured and had begun blossoming into the liveliest of flowers. It had sustained and would mature for years to come.
On the day of their wedding one thing was for sure: They are soulmates. The love they have for each other far surpasses any circumstance and unlike the curve balls life throws us, it is constant. Like the North Star shining every night: sure and true. They are better together & lucky them…together forever.
Emily and Michael’s wedding was seriously SUCH a joy to photographed. They both come from incredible families who clearly laid out the path before them of strong marriage and family values, and it was an incredible honor to witness these two families becoming one on that day.
